Pilates exercises focus on balancing the actions of the body’s whole structure, the skeleton, the joints and the muscles The ultimate goal of Pilates is that the body is strong and supple, the spine is able to move freely in all directions. Pilates has 6 original and 2 newer principles that are fundamental to understand the method and apply the exercises, they are;
